"I first came across Neesh when I came out of HDU following my brain aneurism rupture when I was waiting on neuro-rehab from the NHS and struggling to get to the toilet or get out of bed. I was in a complete mess and getting more deconditioned by the day as I also had pleural effusion, pneumonia, and hydronephrosis from being ventilated and intubated.
Neesh gave me back a sense of agency and control and was patient and kindly towards me from the very start. I later had her help me with my more holistic care needs so that I could then have the proper holistic approach of proper nutrition, hydration, being able to stand up and do my own washing up, washing and dressing myself, then later to start to go outside for the first time in 7 years
. Every moment has been a huge joy and a lot of laughter. Everyone from my social worker, CPN, GP all have said that I am a different person already and that has given me an even bigger boost. I can't wait to see where the next chapter takes us as I welcome my assistance dog and start to access the community more as my body heals and strengthens.
I especially love getting to do the cognitive building skills games because those make daily life much easier as my brain builds out the links and follows instructions and processes information faster and more correctly."

"Neesh was very nice and kind, I was really nervous in the first days following my leg surgery but her help made my rehab journey much easier and smoother, thank you."

I cannot praise too highly the treatment and care given to me by LocalCare Physio over the past months.
My painful chronic arthritis and reduced mobility are greatly improved. The sessions and treatment programmes are excellent, easy to follow and are individually tailored.
They are caring and compassionate, especially if you are elderly and have reduced mobility. I fully recommend their services.
Thank you.
